Robot sometimes plays too high a card

Playing other than lowest when all dummy's cards are better is something I have seen in 4.08 and i have a .pbn file
Simply discarding other than lowest is something I have seen but I am not sure it was 4.08, i again have a .pbn file

In case anyone's wondering, this issue was cleared many releases ago  :)
