BriJ on a PC / Android emulator on Windows 10
« Last post by tracysdfw on August 11, 2017, 06:28:31 PM »
The AMIDuOS emulator works great with BriJ Pro. We used the DuOs Pro version at $15. The instructions for installation of DuOs are clean and with youtube videos. They should be followed for a clean installation. After installation, install the latest releases; then install Google Play and download BriJ Pro.

« Last post by BriJ on August 04, 2017, 10:58:46 AM »

BriJ apps for iOS, Version 2.1 includes the recent product enhancements:-
  • A new feature to deal the cards manually: deal from scratch or amend an existing deal. (Find this in the “Load” icon popup).
  • A new option to delete deal files you have previously saved
  • Additional 'Save Deal' options: change Dealer or Vulnerability; add a comment to the deal file; overwrite an existing deal file; improved Save & Share features.
  • An improved score card. If you’re not familiar with Duplicate Bridge scoring, touch a score in the scoresheet results to see how the result has been calculated.
  • For club sessions, Scoresheets are now sorted by the duplicate score each player (pair) has made. Your own score is highlighted so that you can compare it with other players.
  • There is a new option to slow down auto-play (with 3 speed choices).
  • There is a new option to allow use of mobile data connection for internet access, for example to download club sessions while out and about
  • The Landy bridge convention is now available in the Pro app
Thanks to everyone for your continued feedback.

Hi,
I'm working on a bridge playing program for PCs running Windows.  It's available for free download from:

There have been issues with Win10.  My email address is in the Help menu if you have problems.

BriJ on a PC / Re: Latest emulators for Android on a PC

Unfortunately, as you may have heard, Microsoft has backed out of its plans to deliver Android app capabilities. :'(

Still, the 3rd party emulators seem to be improving. AMIDuOS (not mentioned in previous posts) apparently runs well, for example.  :)
